Jake was born with Angel wings on the 17th of February 2007.

Thank you all so very much for all your support and well wishes you have given me, and thank you for
all the candles, tributes and pictures you have left for baby Jake. It means so much to me and Jakes
daddy. So thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts.

Baby Jake Gabriel was born with angel wings on the 17th of February 2007. Jake is baby brother to
his big sister Savannah aged 12 and his big brother Kieran aged 2.
Jake was born at 23 weeks and 4 days he weighed 1lb 9oz and he was 10 inches long. After you were
born me and daddy got to spend 10 and a half hours with you. we both held you and kissed you we
noticed how much you looked like your big brother. Your feet made me smile although they were tiny
they looked so big again your brother had big feet to. You were dressed in a little blue cardigan
and a blue hat, you had a nappy on and then you were wrapped in a blue and white blanket. You were
perfect.
This poem was written with love for baby Jake by Mummy.
You were loved and wanted so much,
the face of an angel I got to touch.
The day you left me my heart broke in two,
half stayed with me,
the other halves with you.
As I lay in bed and kiss your photo goodnight,
I know that the angels are holding you tight.
You'll always be kept safe in my heart,
that way I know we'll never be apart.

Just wanted to say how sorry I am and I know exactley what you have been through and the pain that you are still going through. I lost my baby boy in May it feels like I have always been without him, people say times a healer but he will always be with me no matter how much time passes.Love to you and you're famliy lots of love x x x x x x
